The Law Firm of Marcelle Poirier
The Law Firm of Marcelle Poirier is a law firm specializing in American immigration law. We represent individuals, families, small and medium-sized companies and publicly traded companies.
Marcelle Poirier came to the United States at the age of 17 after the death of her mother who suffered from violent cancer for 6 years. Alone in a foreign country that did not speak English, Marcelle Poirier had to fight to study and immigrate permanently to the United States. Marcelle Poirier has learned a lot from these obstacles and difficulties. With no money and no family, she succeeded in obtaining her Doctorate in Law and founded her firm in 1998 representing clients from all social levels. Marcelle Poirier works with conviction, never forgetting her past and remaining close to the needs of her clients.
Since then, Marcelle Poirier has processed several hundred American visa applications on behalf of her clients. Our firm’s rate of obtaining US visas is over 98%. Marcelle Poirier’s reputation is now established in the European and Canadian Francophone community.
Marcelle Poirier, member of the Florida Bar, is listed as an immigration lawyer on the notoriety list of the Bar of several consulates, including the Consulate General of France in Miami.
